Welcome to Caspian Club – where Persian cuisine, art and hospitality come together.
Inspired by the shores of the Caspian Sea, we bring the flavours of Persia to Arnstadt – in the heart of Thuringia, Germany, just 20 minutes from Erfurt: saffron rice, slow-cooked stews, fresh herbs and homemade specialities.
Saffron – the red gold
Saffron is harvested by hand from the fine red stigmas of the saffron crocus. Its floral aroma and golden colour give our rice dishes their special elegance.
Many Persian dishes are prepared to be enjoyed without a knife. We warmly invite you to discover Persian food culture – the traditional way.
